We are now seeking an experienced professional to join the team.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

. Manage entire operation of AOTD and responsible for its profit and loss.

. Establish and execute strategy to achieve AOTD's qualitative and quantitative target.

. Distribute resources and control risk within the provided limit.

. Provide market business support to Singapore and Asia & Oceania region with consistency and with consideration of differences by countries.

. Pay attention to changes in regulations and market environment, and analyze their impact to Mizuho Bank, Asia & Oceania region, and AOTD, and take necessary measures.

. Build and maintain good relationship with central banks, public organizations and financial institutions in the region for better reputation.

What you should have:

. A Bachelor Degree

. More than 15 years of experience in the treasury business, and advanced knowledge of markets, financial products, and financial technology.

. Knowledge of Japanese and global financial regulations and a solid understanding of compliance.

. Management skills to motivate subordinates

. Broad knowledge of emerging market specifically financial regulations and tax.

. Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively and interact confidently across all levels.

. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond & communicate in both languages.
