Oversee daily shop operations and lead a team of wellness therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and inventory management in the beauty and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth customer flow to optimize service delivery
- Hire, train, and supervise wellness therapists to meet quality and service standards consistently
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to ensure sufficient availability
- Train staff on sanitation protocols and maintain equipment to comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Motivate and lead the team to uphold high-quality service and operational excellence
- Work on weekends and public holidays to support business needs
