The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods. This role focuses on optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and leading warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
