MANAGER

• Responsible for planning daily workflow, coordinating with customers and drivers, overseeing fleet operations to maximize efficiency, managing vehicle maintenance and repairs, and supervising drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

  Responsibilities

  Plan daily workflow to align with customer requirements and optimize fleet output efficiency

  Coordinate effectively with customers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  Oversee daily fleet operations to maintain high productivity and operational standards

  Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime
  Good knowledge of vehicle repairs and troubleshoot

  Supervise drivers to enforce adherence to company policies and safety regulations

  
  Ensure adherence to local transport, labour, and environmental regulations.

  Maintain accurate operational and compliance documentation.

  Prepare regular operational reports (fleet utilization, maintenance costs, etc.).

  Identify trends and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

  Any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

Degree or above

Good computer skills

No less than three years related experience in logistics management

Prepared to work on weekends and on shift

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Strong organization, coordination and leadership ability

Possess Class 4 Driving licence will be advantage
