Manager, Transaction Advisory

Overview:

Inuka is working with a leading advisory firm focused on the renewable energy sector. They are seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory based in Singapore. The role will support transaction execution across the renewables market, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial and commercial analysis for renewable energy transactions.
• Support M&A, project finance, and investment advisory mandates.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate with advisers and stakeholders.
• Support client relationships and transaction execution from origination through close.

Qualifications:

• 5–12 years of transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy transition.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
