Manager, Training & Curriculum

Lead the end-to-end development of curriculum projects from design through implementation and continuous improvement. Design engaging learning journeys, course materials and assessments aligned to learning outcomes and competency frameworks. Ensure learning solutions are learner-centric, industry-relevant and aligned with adult learning principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of curriculum projects from design through implementation and continuous improvement
• Design engaging learning journeys, course materials and assessments aligned to learning outcomes and competency frameworks
• Develop and maintain TSC mappings and supporting curriculum documentation
• Partner with Product Managers to define project scope, priorities and delivery timelines
• Coordinate curriculum developers, trainers and subject matter experts to deliver project outcomes
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate curriculum reviews, pilot runs and validation activities
• Work closely with trainers and operational teams to ensure successful programme launches and implementation
• Conduct regular quality reviews and classroom observations to identify opportunities for curriculum and delivery improvements
• Analyse learner feedback, trainer insights and business needs to drive curriculum enhancements

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business or a related discipline
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
• Registered under the TAEPP (Training and Adult Education Professionalisation Programme) National Adult Educator Registry with an active status
• Experience in curriculum design, instructional design or learning programme development
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
