Manager, Threat Disruption, Trust & Safety

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in trust & safety, investigations, or risk management roles.
• Proven leadership managing teams handling high-risk, cross-functional escalations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns in deceptive or harmful behavior.
• Experience working with senior leadership and presenting data-driven insights.
• Deep domain knowledge in trust & safety, including enforcement, policy, or process improvement.
• Able to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain resilience in emotionally demanding work.
