We are looking for a Manager to lead and support the management and coordination of telecom operators, public and stakeholders, in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, delivery of service quality, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role involves performance monitoring, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency and strengthen partnerships.
- Supervise a team of Assistant Managers and oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance with regulatory obligations, SLAs, and reporting requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database while supporting IMDA in coordinating with telcos on policy initiatives and implementation
- Act as escalation point for complex issues involving telcos, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining effective communication channels to align expectations
- Oversee drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure team alignment and prepare briefing papers and reports for management
- Manage public communications including addressing public queries with clear, timely responses aligned with regulatory and organizational positions
Job Requirements:
- Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
- Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel -skills with task automation using macros and VBS would be advantageous.
