Common Nightclub Roles & Descriptions:

• : Oversees all operations, staff (hiring, training, scheduling), inventory, budgeting, marketing, event planning, and ensures legal compliance, safety, and profitability.
• : Prepares and serves drinks, manages the bar area, maintains stock, assists guests, ensures cleanliness, and handles payments.
• : Greets guests, checks IDs for legal age/ intoxication, enforces club rules, manages entry, and escorts disruptive patrons.
• : Manages guest lists, checks in reservations, seats guests (if applicable), handles VIP tables, and provides bottle service.
• : Attracts customers through marketing, social media, and word-of-mouth, selling tickets and VIP packages.
• /Entertainment: Plays music to keep the atmosphere energetic and the dance floor lively.

Key Responsibilities Across Roles:

• Customer Service: Creating a welcoming, fun, and memorable experience.
• Security & Safety: Checking IDs, managing crowds, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance.
• Operations: Opening/closing procedures, cleaning, inventory, cash handling.
