We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Club Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will assist in managing staff, customer relations, and outlet coordination to maintain smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet and customer service operations
- Manage staff scheduling and daily work coordination
- Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Assist in customer engagement and reservations
- Monitor outlet cleanliness, service standards, and operational flow
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support management in improving customer satisfaction and outlet performance
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or F&B industry will be an advantage
- Basic English communication required
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Minimum education level is not mandatory
