Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the portfolio within the institution.

Proactively source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates while promoting exciting career opportunities

Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, conduct phone interviews, and present well-matched candidates to hiring managers.

Drive campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and outreach programmes, to strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.

Support vendor management activities, including contract renewals and collaboration with recruitment and advertising partners.

Partner with the manager to consolidate and analyse recruitment data to support management reporting and informed decision-making.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute ideas that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations.
