  • This position is forOffice of Postgraduate Professional Programmes (PGPP).
  • Systems Management and Optimisation:
    • Oversee the management, configuration, and continuous improvement of systems supporting PGP marketing, recruitment, and admissions processes (e.g. CRM, application portal, marketing automation, analytics dashboards).
    • Work closely with IITS and vendors to ensure system stability, integration, and user support.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and improved system design.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights on recruitment, admissions, and enrolment trends across all PGP programmes.
    • Analyse funnel performance (leads, applications, offers, acceptances, enrolments) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion.
    • Coordinate the provision of regular accurate and timely reports for monitoring funnel performance.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning for enrolment targets and resource allocation.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement consistent data definitions, coding structures and validation checks.
    • Conduct periodic audits and provide training to users to ensure adherence to data sanitation and integrity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with the Marketing and Recruitment team to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Support the Admissions team in system configuration, data management, and reporting for application cycles.
    • Liaise with Programme offices, OFIN, and RO for data sharing and performance tracking.
  • Project Innovation and Management:
    • Work with IITS to support digital transformation and process improvement projects within the MRA team.
    • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies (e.g. AI-based analytics, automation platforms) to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
    • Document workflows, business requirements, and system change requests to ensure transparency and continuity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in systems administration, data analytics, or operations management, preferably in an education or service-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in managing CRM or student lifecycle systems (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle Campus Solution, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Good understanding of data management principles, governance, and compliance (e.g. PDPA).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and workflow automation.
  • Excellent project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills, with the ability to engage effectively internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive applicant information.
  • Prior experience in higher education admissions and recruitment processes will be an advantage.
