Manager - Supply Chain Systems Development

Responsibilities

• End-to-End System Ownership: Oversee the development and integration of a comprehensive AI-driven supply chain operating platform. Logistics Operations: Create optimization engines for route planning, warehouse resource allocation, and real-time distribution efficiency. Workflow Transformation: Apply design thinking to enhance and automate legacy processes, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions. Customer & Stakeholder Partnering: Serve as the technical authority in client engagements, translating business challenges into actionable technical requirements. Cultural Leadership: Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment that embodies corporate values. Strategic Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, elevating standards in code quality and system architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with over 3 years dedicated to AI/ML development. Technical Proficiency: Expert in Python for ML modeling and backend applications proficient in time-series forecasting and constraint-based optimization. Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of integrated supply chain processes, specifically in inventory forecasting, purchasing, and logistics. Consulting Mindset: Skilled in process discovery and facilitating design-thinking workshops for diverse stakeholders. Engineering Rigor: Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and MLOps pipelines, with hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with major ERP or WMS platforms. Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging with both technical and business audiences.
