Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all night shift fulfilment operations for Amenities, Minibar, Linen distribution, and Waste management
  • Ensure timely replenishment and delivery to meet property service standards. Monitor workflow, productivity, and service timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other operational departments, conduct regular meetings with Users to improve processes.
  • Maintain Accurate inventory tracking and work closely with planner for replenishment of inventory
  • Conduct nightly stock reconciliation and variance investigations
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution procedures
  • Monitor Linen circulation and waste disposal processes
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate night shift teams. Conduct shift briefings and performance monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain High standards of workplace safety and hygiene

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or any related field

Experience

  • 5-6 years warehouse management experience leading and managing personnel in the hospitality/resort industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, fulfilment, or logistics management
  • Experience managing night shift operations preferred
  • Familiarity with Minibar logistics, Linen circulation, and waste management processes is a plus

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory control system
  • Ability to work in a fast placed, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
