About the Role
One of our clients is hiring experienced consulting Managers to lead strategy and transformation engagements across Southeast Asia. You will work with multinational and Japanese clients on corporate transformation, market entry, M&A/PMI, digital innovation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects: strategy design, market entry, M&A/PMI, operating model, transformation execution
- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders; structure problems and deliver measurable outcomes
- PMO / program governance for large, cross-border initiatives
- Coach project teams and ensure quality, budget, timeline adherence
- Collaborate across multi-cultural teams and functions
Requirements (Must-have)
- 5+ years of consulting experience (strategy / management / M&A-PMI / transformation / PMO)
- Proven client leadership and multi-project delivery
- Business proficiency in Japanese and Englishto liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders and to review/produce client materials in these languages
- Strong problem-solving, analytics, communication; cross-border exposure
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent; experience in FS/Tech or APAC multi-market programs; new business incubation / ecosystem work
Compensation & Location
- Indicative (Manager, Singapore): SGD 8,00015,000 / month, commensurate with experience and scope
Roles may be based in Singapore or other SEA hubs depending on project needs; work pass applications may be supported in line with MOM regulations.
