About the Role
The SST Think Tank is Asia's first think tank dedicated to the commercialisation of space and the mainstream adoption of space-enabled solutions across industries. Through flagship initiatives such as the Growth Lab, Global Space Technology Convention & Exhibition (GSTCE), the Singapore Space Lab, and the Asia-Pacific Alliance of Space Trade Associations (AASTA), we convene startups, corporates, governments, and investors to accelerate innovation and unlock economic value from space.
We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to play a central role in driving the execution and growth of these major programmes. This is a high-impact role for an ecosystem builder who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, programme delivery, stakeholder management, and community activation.
You will manage strategic accounts, orchestrate high-touch innovation platforms, and ensure the success of partnerships that position Singapore and Asia-Pacific as a globally relevant space hub.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Lab Programme & Account Management
- Lead programme delivery and execution across the SST Growth Lab workstreams
- Serve as the main point of contact for participating startups and strategic partners
- Manage key accounts across government, corporates, investors, and overseas ecosystems
2. Asia Pacific Alliance of Space Trade Associations (AASTA) Management
- Drive project management and engagement across AASTA member trade associations (SIAA,
- Aerospace New Zealand, Cross U, ADS)
- Coordinate joint initiatives including delegations, partnerships, and regional activation
- Strengthen Asia-Pacific collaboration through structured industry-led platforms
3. Singapore Space Lab Management
- Oversee partner engagement and programme activities for the Singapore Space Lab
- Curate ecosystem workshops, corporate clinics, and innovation showcases
- Support cross-sector adoption of space technologies through Lab programming
4. GSTCE
- Sponsorship sales
- Support conference programme development and speaker outreach for GSTCE
- Manage relationships with anchor sponsors and institutional partners
- Coordinate sponsor activations and ensure delivery of partnership entitlements
5. Innovation Projects & Strategic Partnerships
- Support new innovation initiatives
- Manage cross-sector challenges and pilot collaborations using space-enabled solutions
- Contribute to new partnership development aligned with SST Think Tank priorities
Who You Are
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, programme management, ecosystem building, or innovation delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across startups, corporates, government, and international partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent project management and execution ability, with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about space technology, innovation, and building platforms that create real economic and societal impact
- Experience in events, sponsorship, or international ecosystem development is a strong advantage
