- Organize, plan, control, and execute project activities to meet defined objectives and timelines
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve project targets and deliverables
- Establish and implement safety controls aligned with the work programme and long-term work plans
- Ensure all work complies with project quality standards, safety plans, contract requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor, control, and coordinate site operations with internal teams and external contractors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project success
- Support the commercial team by managing contractual matters as needed to facilitate project progress
