Break The Wheel is a mission-driven nonprofit seeking to empower youth through coaching-infused programmes and partnerships. We believe in unlocking people's potential from within, instead of teaching or telling people what to do.
We're looking for a Manager / Special Assistant to the Founder who is:
Mission-aligned - is genuinely interested in empowering youth and social impact.
Proactive, wants to learn directly from the Founder and try new things, and has a growth mindset.
Experienced (at least 4 years).
Intern Management
Supervise up to 3 interns, including delegating tasks and giving feedback on their work, and monitoring for timely completion.
Programme Development
Work closely with the Founder to design new initiatives and apply for grants.
Project Management
Plan and execute projects such as bite-sized workshops.
Liaise with partners, project collaborators and coaches.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a general or relevant field.

Location: We are at Open Fields, a coworking space Mon & Thu, and work-from-home on the other 3 weekdays. As a nonprofit, there will be some meetings outside of working hours due to volunteers availability.
