Job Description

The Social & Community Impact Manager will focus on driving community investment across APAC through strong partnerships, effective programme delivery, and compliance with Group sustainability requirements. You'll support Sustainability Champions across the region, manage grantmaking and volunteering initiatives, and own all APAC social data and reporting systems, including the Community Investment System (CIS).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with NGOs, industry bodies and academic institutions that support DP World's sustainability goals.
  • Codesign and support delivery of community and sustainability programmes with APAC Sustainability Champions, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate regional grantmaking and charitable giving, including proposal reviews, funding recommendations and tracking of project impact.
  • Support Sustainability Champions across markets to plan, deliver and measure community initiatives using Group guidelines and frameworks.
  • Monitor performance across the region, sharing insights and best practices to strengthen impact and consistency.
  • Lead APAC social data management, including verifying data quality and meeting all Group sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Own the Community Investment System (CIS) for APAC, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and usage across business units.
  • Prepare regional sustainability and community investment reports for the VP Sustainability APAC, highlighting key findings and areas requiring followup.
  • Coordinate corporate volunteering activities for the APAC regional office in Singapore, including annual planning and outcome tracking.
  • Provide flexible, ad hoc support to the VP Sustainability APAC on presentations, research and timesensitive sustainability projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Business, Environment or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in sustainability, CSR, community investment or philanthropy, ideally in a regional or multicountry role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience working with NGOs and publicprivate initiatives.
  • Experience managing regulatory requirements, external stakeholders, and thirdparty service providers.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across levels, cultures and markets.
  • Strong problemsolving ability, with a practical approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Passion for learning, exploring new ideas and communicating them clearly; interest in corporate volunteering is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
