Job Description
Incentives Management Division (IMD) is part of SWDA's Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG) which contributes to pan-organisational efforts of building an effective, responsive and inclusive CET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy (SDL) collection,and enforcement against fraud and abuse. IMD drives effective grant management to contribute towards the development of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem.
What you will be working on
Reporting to the team lead, the incumbent is required to support the team in the administration and day-to-day operations of the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).
Responsibilities:
. Quality Assurance of Outsourced Service Partner
o Perform quality checks on the outsourced service partner, including sampling checks to ensure the service provider adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complies with processing and policy requirements.
. Appeals Handling and Stakeholder Coordination
o Handle appeals that require investigation, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolution.
. System Enhancement Support
o Assist in implementing enhancements to the systems used for credit disbursement and recovery.
. SOP Review and Work Instructions
o Assist in the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and issue work instructions to ensure operational processes remain current, accurate and aligned with policy requirements.
. Stakeholder Engagement
o Support stakeholder engagement activities with training providers and other partners to facilitate effective communication and maintain productive working relationships.
. Data Extraction, Collation and Reporting
o Assist with data extraction, collation,and basic analysis to support reporting and operational needs, contributing to evidence-based decision-making within the division.
. Ad Hoc Duties
o Support divisional and organisational projects, initiatives, and other assigned tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements:
- Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently.
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or system development.
- Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training (CET) and industry experience are an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, within a team, and across teams with good interpersonal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
