- Oversee factory safety operations by enforcing standard procedures and conducting video quality and safety supervision
- Plan and coordinate workers schedules to balance work and rest periods effectively, ensuring operational efficiency
- Coordinate work deployment across teams to meet production and sales objectives
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of food processing and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent food quality and safety
- Maintain familiarity with company food sales processes to support operational and sales activities
