Manager/Senior Manager (Workday)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5 years supporting Workday in an IT capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies.
• Team leadership or managerial experience in enterprise IT support roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations and cross-functional projects.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Consultative and able to lead user discussions, manage scope, and recommend solutions.
• Good stakeholder analysis skills.
