This employee is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of tenant management across the Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) campus. This includes overseeing new leases, lease renewals, day-to-day enquiries, service bundling, and relationship-building to support tenant satisfaction and long-term retention.
As part of the wider company vision, the employee will also help explore new revenue channels, support data-driven performance reporting, and provide key operational support to ensure smooth execution.
Additionally, he/she will contribute to broader BD initiatives that intersect with tenant engagement and programming collaboration.
1. Tenancy Management & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, renewals, reinstatements, and handovers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate tenancy records, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Ensure lease terms and regulatory requirements are met.
- Build strong tenant relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare tenancy reports on occupancy, revenue forecasting, pipeline and renewals.
2. Operations & Campus Support
- Coordinate closely with Campus Operations on fit-outs, reinstatements, and move-in/move-out activities.
- Work with Facilities, Security, and vendors to address tenant needs.
- Support implementation of campus protocols on space usage, visitor access, and emergency arrangements.
- Support Campus Operations to brief tenants on facilities, amenities, and regulations to ensure smooth integration.
3. Tenant & Enterprise Engagement
- Partner with tenants to co-create events and activities aligned with SkillsFuture themes.
- Integrate tenant-led showcases into broader campus programming.
- Support collaborations with government agencies, TACs, industry stakeholders and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Support enterprise events that support SSG KPIs, managing logistics, partner coordination, and post-event evaluation.
4. Business Development & Revenue Innovation
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow Pay-Per-Used Facilities (PPUF) usage and campus monetization.
- Explore new offerings such as lifestyle services, off-peak promotions, and flexible space models.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients and partners for PPUF spaces.
- Support marketing campaigns, engagement events, and outreach to increase awareness.
- Gather and act on customer and tenant feedback to improve services.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in tenancy management, client servicing, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and building regulations is an advantage.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in reporting.
