Organize and lead corporate planning sessions, seminars, and ad-hoc brainstorming meetings to develop the organization's work plan, communicate strategic priorities, and provide insights to guide management's decision-making.
Conceptualizing and executing studies on industry trends.
Conduct ad-hoc studies as required to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities, and help craft data-backed insights and recommendations to present to stakeholders.
Assist in tackling emerging issues and gaps that don't fit neatly into established categories, and contribute to corporate strategy-related matters.
Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, preparing for external meetings, and analyzing developments affecting the organization.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of regular reports, insights, and presentations for senior management .
Manage the collection, maintenance, and tracking of high-quality data to support thorough data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or related field/equivalent experience
8 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Analysis with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in conducting data-driven research, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable outcomes
Proven leadership and project management experience, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication skills, the ability to engage with various stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
