The job holder will be part of the Fair Employment Management team in the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).
The selected candidate will be required to:
- Prepare and seek funding approvals for internal system development
- Plan, track and manage budget allocated
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align business requirements and facilitate timely delivery of system enhancements
- Monitor and report KPIs
- Support execution of system maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, as well as data security regulations
- Oversee other general administration and compliance as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience in planning, tracking and risk mitigation
- Effective stakeholder engagement and ability to secure buy-in across multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor KPs and resolve system issues
- Able to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally
