As the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you aren't just managing keywords; you are the strategic architect of Klook's global growth for our two most dynamic verticals. You will bridge the gap between complex MarTech automation and commercial business goals, leading a high-performing team to dominate the global SEM landscape.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Define the North Star for the Hotel and Car Rental SEM/PMax strategy globally. You'll own the P&L mindset for these channels, and lead the team in execution, providing the technical framework and balancing aggressive growth with efficiency.
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Own the performance narrative for senior leadership. You will lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), translating complex channel data into clear, actionable business insights and growth forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as the primary performance partner for Product, Tech and Supply teams. You'll translate marketing needs into product roadmaps and ensure supply inventory is accurately reflected in our ads.
- MarTech & Automation: Drive scalability and accuracy through the evolution of our automation tools and AI usage. You will work closely with R&D, Data Scienceto ensure our tech-stack is a competitive advantage.
- Operational Excellence: Lead by example. While you won't be in the accounts daily, you are responsible for the technical bar of the team. You will lead deep-dive audits, provide troubleshooting guidance on complex issues, and personallytrain junior specialists in advanced SEM tactics. Ultimately, providing the final lineof defense for account health and technical accuracy.
- External Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for Google and other major partners, ensuring Klook is first-in-line for Alpha/Beta features.
- People Leadership: Mentor and grow a small team of specialists, fostering a culture of rigorous testing, data curiosity, and high performance.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business related field such as Mathematics, Business Analytics or any other related disciplines.
- 6-8+ years of working experience in Search Marketing (SEM).
- Prior experience in mentoring or managing small teams/individuals.
- Possess a strong commercial mindset and business acumen which allows you to articulate how channel performance translates to company growth.
- Highly analytical, intellectually curious, data-driven, and possesses an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal). Mandarin is a significant plus.
- SQL, programming experience a plus.
