[What the role is]
To lead organisational development and employee engagement initiatives that drive strategic transformation and build a high-performance culture. This role designs comprehensive engagement strategies, conducts organisational assessments, and delivers data-driven interventions that optimise workforce effectiveness and enhance the overall employee experience.[What you will be working on]
1) Organisation Development: Leads the end-to-end execution of employee engagement surveys, from data analysis to reporting. Translates insights into actionable recommendations, tracks trends, and develops targeted interventions to drive organisational improvements. Partners with business units to advise on and design tailored interventions for team effectiveness and organisational structure optimisation.
2) Employee Engagement: Design and facilitates structured engagement initiatives that strengthen communication channels between senior leadership and staff. Synthesises feedback from these interactions to inform leadership decision-making and refine the talent development roadmap.
3) Change Management: Leads the design and implementation of change management strategies to support organisational transformation initiatives. Partners with Learning team to develop communication plans and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout transition periods.
4) Strategic Partnerships: Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify emerging organisational development priorities.Collaborate with HR teams to integrate employee engagement initiatives with workforce planning and serves as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights on organisational effectiveness and culture development to support leadership decision-making and sustainable organisational transformation.
