Manager/Senior Manager, Human Capital Management (Healthcare)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join as a Manager / Senior Manager, Human Capital Management. In this role, you will lead key human capital initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and strategic objectives.

Location:

Toa Payoh Central, Singapore

Employment Type:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower strategies to ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and manage workforce planning budgets
• Review and enhance job grading structures and salary frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
• Drive the review and alignment of HR policies and procedures to meet business, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and continuously improve HR processes and systems for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workforce challenges and improve employee experience
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service-related industries
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management
• Proficient in HR systems and familiar with AI-driven HR tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Strong writing and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
