  • Academic Matters:
    • Provide leadership and be responsible for the administrative management of the Programme.
    • Maintain a repository of course outlines, course materials, and the student portal.
    • Manage course registration, class schedules, and course evaluation.
    • Provide classroom support whenever necessary this may include work on weekday nights and Saturdays.
    • Support faculty members on academic matters, including examination matters.
    • Manage and maintain student records, student awards, certificates, and graduation.
    • Manage the administrative workflow for student exchange programmes, ensuring that all participants meet programme-specific requirements and academic milestones.
    • Provide personalised consultation to students on academic progress, programme requirements, and graduation pathways.
    • Manage post-examination documentation and data uploading.
    • Handle all queries from faculty members and students.
  • Admission:
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team.
    • Manage students onboarding and matriculation.
  • External Relations:
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and forge partnerships with industry partners for collaborative initiatives.
    • Maintain active engagement with accreditation partners (e.g., ISCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia) to ensure the programme remains aligned with global professional standards and qualification pathways.
    • Manage incoming visits by partners/higher education institutions and outgoing visits by the programme.
  • Accreditation & Academic Review:
    • Provide full support for the School's accreditation review.
    • Provide administrative support for all curricular review.
  • Budgeting and Financial Reporting:
    • Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of the Programme.
    • Monitor revenues and expenses.
    • Administer student invoices, student discounts, and scholarships.
  • Faculty Matters:
    • Manage the hiring and the onboarding of adjunct lecturers and teaching assistants.
  • Students and Alumni:
    • Be the first point of contact for students, offering guidance and support to manage their academic journey.
    • Work closely with student leaders to foster a supportive learning environment and address cohort-wide feedback or concerns.
    • Organise activities for students and alumni members this could include community service and social activities.
    • Maintain the students/alumni database.
    • Liaise with career office and industry partners for student internships and job placement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Recognised university degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in educational or publicservice settings, with a demonstrated track record of delivering highquality administrative and operational work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Meticulous, diligent, and highly organised, with proven strengths in multitasking, event planning, project coordination, and endtoend stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
