Manager/ Senior Manager Financial Reporting

The Financial Reporting Manager/ Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within the system, and leading finance-related system integration initiatives. This role partners closely with operations, IT, and management to support business growth, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making in a logistics environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, close, and management insights.
• Drive finance system integrations (Cargoware -> ERP, reporting tools).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Manage audits, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support system enhancements and cross-functional initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, including Big 4 audit experience, with progression into a managerial or leadership role.
