Job Description

Role Purpose

The Manager / Senior Manager for FP&Awill establish and manage financial planning, forecasting, managementreporting, and business performance analysis across Savills Singapore Group.The role is intended to provide clear and commercially useful insights tosenior management and business unit leaders, supporting better decision-making,financial discipline, and performance visibility across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead the annual budgeting and periodicforecasting processes across the Group and business units.
  • Maintain financial models to supportrevenue, cost, margin and cashflow projections.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, highlight andreport key variances and corrective actions.

Management Reporting & BusinessPerformance Analysis

  • Analyse performance against budget, prioryear and strategic targets, and prepare reporting packs.
  • Identify key revenue drivers, cost trends,margin movements, working capital issues and business risks.
  • Provide concise commentary and insights tosupport management review and decision-making.

Finance Business Partnering

  • Partner with business heads / operationalleaders to understand business performance and financial drivers.
  • Support on contract profitability, marginimprovement, pricing, resource deployment, and cost control.
  • Translate financial results into practicalcommercial insights for management action.

KPI, Dashboard & PerformanceFrameworks

  • Develop and maintain Group and businessunit KPI dashboards and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Track financial and operating indicatorsincluding revenue, profit margins, DSO, and other relevant measures.

Cashflow, Working Capital &Post-Acquisition Monitoring

  • Support Finance integration andtransformation initiatives across the Group, as relevant.
  • Highlight emerging risks, performance gapsand opportunities for improvement to senior management.
  • Prepare financial analyses or buildfinancial business cases for management review and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business ora related discipline.
  • CA (Singapore), ACCA, CFA or relevantprofessional qualification preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience inFP&A, management reporting, transaction advisory or audit.
  • Real estate services, incl. property /facilities management, construction, or related industries preferred.

Technical Skills & Attributes

  • Strong Excel, financial modelling,budgeting and variance analysis skills.
  • Power BI or similar dashboarding capabilitypreferred D365 experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention todetail and ability to convert financial data into clear management insights.
  • Commercially minded, independent and ableto challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Confident communicator who can work withfinance, operations and senior stakeholders across the Group.
