We are seeking a high-potential finance professional to join our Middle East, South Asia, Africa & Turkey (MESAAT) regional team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance & Business Partnering.

Reporting directly to the Regional CFO (MESAAT), this role is part of PSA's Finance Leadership Talent Pipeline, offering exposure to strategic finance, investment evaluation, business transformation and regional business leadership.

Working across a diverse regional portfolio, you will partner senior stakeholders on key business decisions and strategic projects while building the breadth of experience towards future finance leadership opportunities within PSA's global network.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership teams across multiple countries to drive business performance, enable growth initiatives and create long-term value for the organization.

For individuals with strong potential and leadership aspirations, this role offers a platform for future international assignments and progression into Business Unit Finance Leadership roles across PSA's global operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner Senior Business Leaders, Business Units CFOs and key stakeholders across the MESAAT portfolio to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Provide financial and commercial insights that guide performance improvement, growth opportunities and resource allocation decisions.
• Be a trusted advisor to management teams by translating complex financial analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  
  

Business Performance & Value Creation

• Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance review processes, providing insights on business trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyze market developments and business drivers to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
  
  

Investments & Corporate Finance

• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation analysis, feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, partnerships, acquisitions and new growth opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, investment papers and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
  
  

Strategy & Transformation

• Support the development and execution of business and financial strategies across the region.
• Drive finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance and decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and value creation initiatives.
  
  

Governance, Risk & Controls

• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management practices across business units.
• Ensure robust financial oversight while supporting business growth and operational agility.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an intellectually curious, driven and commercially minded finance professional with a strong track record of partnering businesses to drive performance and value creation.

What You'll Have

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy, Commercial Finance or related fields.
• Experience in infrastructure, logistics, transportation, industrial, energy or capital-intensive industries is advantageous.
