Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage Internal Digitalisation and Process Improvement Projects (Commercial)

  • Lead and manage ongoing digitalization and process improvement initiatives within the commercial function.

  • Engage and align relevant internal stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and smooth execution.

  • Coordinate and manage core project team members to improve project speed, quality, and effectiveness.

  • Deliver project outcomes within agreed timelines and scope.

  • Provide regular progress updates to management and refine project plans as required.

2. Review and Improve Commercial Processes

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of existing commercial processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the current business model to align improvement initiatives with business needs.

  • Propose detailed and practical solutions for identified pain points, including digital and emerging technology solutions.

  • Report progress and recommendations to management, adjusting project plans where necessary.

3. Coordinate and Set Up New Projects

  • Develop clear and detailed project plans aligned with management's strategic direction.

  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to initiate and execute new projects.

  • Manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Provide ongoing reporting to management and fine-tune project plans as needed.

4. Management Support

  • Provide ad-hoc support to management on project-related and business initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Strong logical thinking and open, effective communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Proven experience managing international projects and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in team and people management.

  • Experience living and working in different countries, with a strong understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on business.
