Engage and align relevant internal stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and smooth execution.
Coordinate and manage core project team members to improve project speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Deliver project outcomes within agreed timelines and scope.
Provide regular progress updates to management and refine project plans as required.
Conduct in-depth reviews of existing commercial processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points.
Develop a strong understanding of the current business model to align improvement initiatives with business needs.
Propose detailed and practical solutions for identified pain points, including digital and emerging technology solutions.
Report progress and recommendations to management, adjusting project plans where necessary.
Develop clear and detailed project plans aligned with management's strategic direction.
Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to initiate and execute new projects.
Manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide ongoing reporting to management and fine-tune project plans as needed.
Provide ad-hoc support to management on project-related and business initiatives as required.
Strong logical thinking and open, effective communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proven experience managing international projects and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in team and people management.
Experience living and working in different countries, with a strong understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on business.
