[What the role is]

Health Promotion Board's (HPB) health promotion effort never stops growing. The CIP Division has the unique opportunity to create and build long-lasting relationships with our partners, and to cultivate these partnerships to develop mutually beneficial collaborations that will support our programmes and strategies.
This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to engage and establish partnerships with a diverse spectrum of companies. It will sharpen your competency in developing and executing meaningful partnership propositions, integrating partnerships into HPB's programmes, marketing and communications effort. Your project and relationship management skills will be enhanced through the involvement in key initiatives of HPB.

[What you will be working on]

To be effective, you must be a dynamic team player. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to see and seek win-win opportunities with partners are key traits to succeed in this role. You must also possess strong project execution skills, be able to effect change, garner resources, and influence people and projects to extract value for both partners and internal stakeholders.

You will:

  • Develop strategic partnership initiatives, identify new partners and partnership opportunities, and develop associate policies and processes to support these initiatives.
  • Intimately understand partners and internal stakeholders needs and develop plans that bridge partner and HPB's interest to reach mutually beneficial partnerships agreement.
  • Execute and implement the partnership programme through working with internal stakeholders and partners conduct end-of-programme review with customers and thereafter provide feedback to internal stakeholders, including engagement with senior management.
  • Constantly improve the processes of partnership retention, acquisition, selling, development, implementation and retention, and uphold professionalism and partnership satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in execution of key initiatives and projects, proactive in one's responsibilities, to launch initiatives successfully and on time.

[What we are looking for]

  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a partner management, business development, sales or marketing-related role with proven track record of building strong customer and stakeholder relationships at various levels.
  • Have proven track record in executing mid to large scale programmes and initiatives and demonstrated competency in project management, project executions and launches.
  • Be creative, resourceful and results-focused in establishing and sustaining partnerships. Have a strong customer-oriented mindset and good business acumen.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to maintain strong partnerships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Have good leadership and teamwork qualities to engage, motivate and work with team members.
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills Bilingual capability will be a strong advantage.
