PrimePartners Corporate Finance is a leading boutique corporate finance firm providing financial advisory, capital-raising, M&A and sponsorship services. We have completed over 70 listings on the Singapore Exchange and over270 advisory engagements. With a strong deal pipeline, we are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our corporate finance teams.
As part of our Corporate Finance team, responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising mandates.
- Play a significant leading role in project management.
- Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the feasibility of listing and deal completion.
- Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals and regulators.
- Supervise and guide junior team members.
- Assist in deal origination and business development activities.
- Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
- Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.
What we look for:
- A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
- Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Track record of completed transactions with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
