About this Role
ONE's Corporate Development team is responsible for a wide spectrum of activities within the group including fundraising, investor management and business development, M&A and other strategic priorities e.g. government relations, new revenue opportunities.
We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as Manager/Senior Manager. The role will report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Manage reporting, board meetings and investor presentations
- Take ownership of collaterals such as investor decks, pitchbooks and update such materials in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of developments in capital markets especially in the TMT space and activities of our competitors and comp set
- Research and make recommendations related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive dynamics, new business lines, business performance measurement and business process improvement
- Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid key strategic and operational decisions
Ideal Profile
- Min 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, investor relations or capital raising function
- Additional experience in a strategy/corp dev role in a fast growing start up is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Project management, stakeholder management and multi-tasking skills required to lead and participate in several projects, including anticipating requirements and monitoring workload
- Outstanding leadership, problem-solving abilities, judgment, and attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong financial modelling skills
