Responsibilities

You will develop and maintain a network of Content Partners and Affiliate Channels as part of NTUC's long-term communication strategy to reach our targeted audience base via diverse content formats and social platforms. You will support NTUC's business unit in designing communication requirements through non-NTUC's digital channels; this includes engaging affiliate channels, creating compelling content, and establishing effective content partnerships.

Content Partner & Channel Development

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities based on organisation objectives and target audience.
  • Research and evaluate potential partners, including influencers, content creators, and media channels.
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners, including coordinating collaborative content initiatives, content distribution and co-marketing campaigns.

Content Strategy and Creation

  • Support NTUC's business unit in designing communication requirements for content distribution and partnership.
  • Create engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms to support campaigns and the development of affiliate channels.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, influencers, and KOL marketing.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.
