Business Planning and Revenue Generation
Support the development and execution of targeted strategies to enhance revenue streams in order to meet sales objectives and support footfall targets
. Oversee the detailed planning of commercial events and spaces, including processes, ensuring alignment with Company's financial goals and strategic objectives
. Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and adjust tactics to ensure sales targets are achieved
. Drive initiatives to boost event sales and utilisation of event spaces through strategic outreach, marketing campaigns, and relationship cultivation
Business Development
Utilise market research and data analysis to identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels to expand Company's client base
. Support negotiations with key clients and partners to secure favourable agreements and foster long- term collaborations
. Identify emerging trends and potential business avenues to enhance the Company's growth and market presence
. Develop, market, and manage commercial IP events and offerings that are revenue generating and unique to Company
. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with Company's objective
Key Account and Partnership Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunities
. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with industry influencers, sports organisations, sponsors, local businesses, and other strategic partners
. Collaborate with partners to co-create promotional activities, co-hosted events, and sponsorship opportunities that align with growth objectives
. Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, address concerns
Tenancy & Property Management
Oversee tenancy management and contractual agreements to optimise Company's space utilization and support commercial expansion
. Oversee contract negotiations for retail leasing and tenancy agreements, ensuring favourable terms that maximize revenue while adhering to Company's policies and standards
. Identify and attract suitable tenants that align with Company's strategic objectives, brand values, and community focus
. Evaluate potential tenants based on their business model, growth potential, and compatibility with the overall ecosystem to support long-term success
. Collaborate with tenants to identify opportunities for business expansion within Company precinct, such as new store openings, service offerings, or partnership initiatives
. Monitor lease agreements and tenant performance to maximize profitability and community engagement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
. At least 10 years of relevant work experience
. Proven experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management and property management within entertainment, sports or retail sectors

Advanced Data Analytics and Business Intelligence - Understanding of advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including predictive analytics and machine learning, to derive insights from customer and market data Ability to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in growth strategies Capacity to foster a data-driven culture within the organisation, encouraging teams to leverage data in decision- making processes.
