About the Role

The SPH Media - Agency Partnerships team serves as the central lead between our Sales teams and all agency holding companies.

This role focuses on partnership development and harness opportunities to drive new initiatives with our agency partners (i.e. Media, PR, Digital and Creative) and growing our business volume with them.

You will collaborate with the Sales and other internal teams to forge new ways of working with our agency partners, ultimately driving revenue growth for SPH Media's comprehensive portfolio of advertising products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Be at the forefront of driving collaborations and route-to-market strategy.
  • Nurture strong agency relationships to uncover and secure new advertising revenue streams.
  • Partner with agencies to assess client goals and develop strategies that leverage SPH Media's full portfolio of solution capabilities and assets to deliver on pre-determined goals.
  • Lead internal communication with all key SPH Media Marketing and Media Solutions stakeholders and work cross-functionally on agency-centric projects + workshops and opportunities.
  • Research agency and client information to deepen relationships and ensure our solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on RFP strategy and response to briefs.
  • Negotiate deal points and assure the agencies and clients comply with the agreed-upon terms. Track performance toward financial goals and report on progress.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentation materials for internal and external meetings.

Requirements:

  • Possesses at least 6 years of experience in the advertising industry (media, creative, digital) and / or media vendors or publishers
  • Firm experience in solution planning and implementation across a variety of offline and online media platforms would be an advantage
  • Familiar with the know-how on data-related tools (from syndicated data sources to ad serving software & tracking, web analytics tools like Google Analytics etc) is a plus
  • Well organised and attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with a broad range of clients
  • Possess excellent time management skills and able to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.
  • Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with our partners
  • Collaborative mindset and experience in working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for any project
  • Ability to dive deep into unstructured opportunities and solution oriented
