You will be collaborating with a talented global and local team, while also enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work, based in Singapore.

What Youll Do

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales team on order book management to forecast and achieve monthly hardware (HW) revenue goals.
  • Oversee daily order processing activities, ensuring all customer orders are accurately entered, validated, and fulfilled within established timelines.
  • Monitor and improve order management KPIsincluding order book accuracy, backlog levels, and order holdsby collaborating with the Central Order Management team (HYD) to maintain clean and accurate order entry.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for order issues, working to resolve discrepancies, delays, and errors.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline order-to-ship processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, pricing guidelines, product configurations, and internal controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management systems, processes, and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on order metrics, trends, and team performance.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, export regulations, and trade compliance standards.

Who You Are

Youre a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years required (5+ years is a plus) of experience in order management, customer operations, or sales operations.
  • 2-3 years required (5+ years is a plus) of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading high-performing teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-ship processes.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver operational excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
