The Manager acts as a commercial and operational quarterback for deals—coordinating RFI/RFP submissions, shaping proposal and executive-ready content, supporting contract review discussions, and providing market and competitive research to strengthen our client positioning.

What a Manager – Sales Enablement (AP) Does At Visa

This role is accountable for providing structured, end-to-end pursuit and sales enablement support across the sales cycle.

Key Accountabilities Include

  • leading the coordination and delivery of RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions (workplans, timelines, cross-functional inputs, reviews, and submission packaging); supporting opportunity strategy and development of executive-ready proposal and presentation materials;
  • coordinating contract review and internal approval cycles with relevant stakeholders;
  • maintaining pursuit operating cadence (action/issue/decision logs and follow-ups);
  • producing management reporting on pipeline and priority pursuits;
  • and supporting go-to-market planning discussions through synthesis of client, market, and competitive insights into decision-ready materials.

Why this is important to Visa

By bringing rigor and coordination to complex pursuits, this role improves our speed and quality of response in competitive tenders, helps Sales leaders make better-informed commercial decisions, and ensures our proposals, presentations, and contract review cycles are well-managed across stakeholders—strengthening our ability to win and deliver strategic opportunities across APAC.

Projects You Will Be a Part Of

  • APAC RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions, including response planning, cross-functional input management, review cycles, and final submission packaging
  • Strategic pursuits and deal governance, including operating cadence (action tracker, RAID/issues log, decision log), and decision-ready materials for Sales leadership
  • Client proposals and executive-ready presentations tailored for banks and regulated financial institutions, including value proposition storylines and differentiated win themes
  • Contract and approval workflow coordination (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, statements of work), including issue tracking, redline consolidation, and internal sign-offs in partnership with Legal/Deal Desk
  • Market, competitor, and client research to strengthen Visa's positioning, sharpen responses to client requirements, and improve reuse through an enablement/content library

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, commercial/business analysis, bid/RFP management, deal desk support, consulting, or a banking/fintech vendor environment, with demonstrated delivery in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Proven ability to manage RFI/RFP responses end-to-end, including workplans, timelines, compliance checks, review cycles, and final submission packaging under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated execution rigor: ability to run operating cadence (action tracker, RAID/issues log, decision log), drive follow-ups to closure, and escalate blockers appropriately
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance/Deal Desk, and Legal to align inputs and deliver outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable interpreting business objectives, shaping value-based narratives, and supporting business case and pricing logic inputs in partnership with Finance/Deal Desk
  • Working understanding of cloud-based technology and SaaS/product concepts (e.g., APIs, security/compliance narratives, implementation dependencies) to produce accurate client-ready content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready summaries and structured documentation with high attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently

What Will Also Help

  • Experience supporting banking/financial services pursuits in regulated environments (e.g., procurement-led tenders, information security and compliance requirements)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline reporting (e.g., Salesforce), including opportunity hygiene, next-step tracking, and weekly dashboarding (preferred)
  • Prior exposure to RFP/proposal tooling and content management (e.g., SharePoint libraries, RFP platforms, version control and reuse of standard content)
  • Experience partnering with Legal/Deal Desk on contracting and approvals (review logs, redline consolidation, issue tracking, internal sign-offs)
  • Exposure to payments/issuer processing, core banking, or card platform ecosystems, with ability to translate technical concepts into client-ready narratives (preferred)
