Manager, Rewards & Planning (11-month contract, subjected to renewable)
Our client is looking for a professional to support C&B programs and assist with manpower planning, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR (Planning & Rewards).
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, improving, and managing compensation & benefits (C&B) programs, policies, and procedures to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for employee benefits, including procurement, contracting, and invoicing for insurance and medical programs.
- Support data collection and analysis for C&B surveys and benchmarking exercises.
- Prepare and maintain manpower reports, dashboards, and headcount tracking tools.
- Consolidate and analyze data to support workforce planning and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather manpower inputs for planning and reporting purposes.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HR initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing follow-ups for approvals and tenders.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 2-3 years experience.
- Experienced in managing employee benefits and C&B policies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communicator with teamwork and report/presentation preparation skills.
