ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team
- Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients needs are met
- Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
- Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
- Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
- Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
- Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
- Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Possess Diploma/GCE A or O Level
- Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
