Job Description:
1. Corporate Partnership Development
- Identify and research potential corporate partners aligned with MTFA's mission.
- Develop compelling engagement strategies, proposals, and pitch decks to secure corporate support.
- Establish and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth.
2. Fundraising Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy.
- Collaborate with the fundraising lead to align corporate outreach with overall fundraising efforts.
- Prepare sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals, funding submissions, and outcome reports.
3. Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including sponsorship acquisition and event logistics.
- Represent MTFA at key corporate, industry, and philanthropic events to raise the organisation's profile.
4. Stewardship and Reporting
- Manage donor recognition and stewardship programs to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Prepare impact reports and updates for corporate donors to demonstrate the value of their contributions.
5. Team Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the donor relations team, ensuring effective delivery of fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborate with program staff to align fundraising efforts with program needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop outreach assets and donor collateral that reflect MTFA's brand and impact.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager, consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Social Services, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, or social enterprises.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and writing skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Passionate about community work and aligned with MTFA's values and mission.
