Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for the administration of research grants handled by NTU's Research Support Office. This includes:

  • Submission of research proposals and coordination of review panel meetings and the administration of awarded research grants.

  • Be part of a team to handle the governance aspect of research data management relevant to research grants.

  • The role will also be involved in ad-hoc initiatives undertaken by the Office.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of proven experience in research grant administration.

  • Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments.

  • Fast learner who can work independently and adapt quickly.

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
