Core Responsibilities of a Massage Shop Manager

Customer Service: Analyze customer needs, optimize service processes, handle complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Goal Setting: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly targets, break them down into individual tasks, and monitor execution.

Product and Promotion Management: Oversee product inventory, display, and promotional activities to increase sales.

Market Expansion: Analyze market and competition, propose innovative service approaches, and maintain relationships with the community, peers, and cross-industry partners.

Training and Motivation: Organize onboarding programs, conduct one-on-one coaching, delegate responsibilities, and motivate staff for growth.
