Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall operation management: Responsible for the daily operation and management of the hair salon, including formulating and implementing the company's business policies, management systems, and market strategies.
2. Achievement of performance targets: Set performance targets and sales plans in line with the scale of the store, and be responsible for promoting and implementing various plans to achieve the goals.
3. Cost control: Monitor and control the operating costs of the store to ensure maximum business profits.
4. Staff management: Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and management of stylists, front desk staff, and other personnel in the store, and establish and improve an efficient organizational management system.
5. Professional training: Provide professional knowledge and skills training to employees to enhance their professional qualities and sales capabilities, and build an outstanding team.
6. Customer service: Responsible for customer reception, appointments, complaint handling, and properly resolving customer issues.
7. Relationship maintenance: Establish good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Customer file management: Regularly analyze, organize, and manage customer files to maintain customer data.
