Purpose & Scope:

The role is responsible for managing the end to end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes within the Program Origination and Marketing team. This includes programme conceptualization, market analysis, stakeholder management and coordination, marketing alignment, and commercial performance management.

The position supports the Head of Program Origination and Marketing and works closely with cross functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Programme Planning & Execution

.Lead programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of collectible product initiatives.

.Manage full programme lifecycle from concept development through to market launch.

Market Research & Insight Development

.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and programme direction.

.Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for commercial differentiation.

Cross Functional Coordination

.Facilitate collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, operations) and external vendors/partners.

.Ensure timely delivery of milestones and alignment of all stakeholders.

Marketing & Commercial Performance

.Develop and execute marketing strategies to support programme objectives and sales targets.

.Monitor KPIs, manage programme-level P&L, and prepare performance reports for management.

Channel Enablement

.Provide marketing tools, data insights, and product information to support sales channels.

.Coordinate with sales teams to optimise programme impact and reach.

Reporting & Documentation

.Prepare programme reports, updates, and presentations for senior management.

.Maintain proper documentation for programme planning, market research, and execution workflows.

Major Challenges

.Managing complex, high value programmes with multiple moving components and tight timelines.

.Coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities.

.Ensuring programme delivery remains within budget while meeting quality and commercial targets.

.Responding to market dynamics and shifts in customer demand, requiring adaptability and quick decision making.

.Balancing operational execution with strategic planning in a fast paced environment.

.Recommending programme concepts, timelines, and budget allocations.

.Determining marketing strategies and channel support requirements for programme launches.

.Identifying priority actions to resolve bottlenecks or mitigate risks during programme execution.

.Programme budget size varies by collectible programme and market scope.

.Cross functional influence involving marketing, production, operations, sales, and external partners.

.Responsibility for programme-level P&L outcomes and KPI achievement (sales, engagement, timeline adherence).

Qualifications & Experience

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Social Sciences, or related fields.

.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in programme or project management, product development, or integrated marketing.

.Demonstrated track record managing complex projects with tight deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

.Experience in consumer product industries and distribution channels preferred.

.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
