Responsibilities
- Scope
- Office Administration.
- Policies Administration.
- System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement.
- KPI BSC measurement, tracking, Dashboard maintenance and data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and Optimization.
- Work with Internal Audit and External Auditors on Purchasing data.
- Any other special improvement projects.
- Optimization
- Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management.
- Contract Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Tertiary.
- At least 5 years working experience in procurement.
- Ability to support the department in day to day operations.
- Practical Tech Knowledge
- Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills.
- Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
- Experienced with various types of software for communication and presentation.
- Analytical, able to look at trends and draw conclusions.
- Experience in Category Management in Indirect Procurement & Services.
- Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
- Communication and Influencing skills
- Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
- Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
- Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
